Shipping Terms - UK Mainland Only
England, Wales & Southern Scotland (Delivery in 3-4 working days) – Free delivery on all orders of £50 (net) or more. Delivery charge of £5.95 + vat to orders below £50 (net).
Express Service available for England, Wales & Southern Scotland (Delivery in 1-2 working days) – £7.95 + vat.
Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland (Delivery in 3-4 working days) – Free delivery on all orders of £100 (net) or more. Delivery charge of £9.95 + vat to orders below £100 (net).
Scottish Islands (Delivery in 2-4 working days) – Delivery charge £15.95 + vat regardless of order value.
Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Man (Delivery in 2-4 working days) – Delivery charge £19.95 + vat regardless of order value.

Free Local Delivery - We offer free local delivery for all orders within our service area (SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN6, SN25 & SN26). Our dedicated warehouse team will personally drop off your order at your door—no hidden fees, just a reliable service!
Delivery & Invoicing
Customers will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing an order. Customers should expect delivery in accordance with their chosen shipping method, as detailed on the order confirmation.
All products of a chemical nature with limited shelf-life will be stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines. Product batches will be shipped based on first in – first out (FIFO) rules.
The product SKU, product description, quantity, batch number and expiry date will be clearly detailed on all delivery paperwork for easy reference.
For products which are not shelf-life limited, no batch numbers or expiry dates will be detailed on paperwork except for equipment with serial numbers (such as pneumatic or battery-operated dispensers).
Customers will receive a PDF invoice via email on the day of despatch.
Customers will receive delivery updates via email from our freight partner once the goods have been despatched.
Please email Customer Care on info@alscoltd.co.uk if you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe at the earliest opportunity so we can escalate the delivery with our freight partner.
