Complaints & returns enquiries should be emailed to Customer Care on info@alscoltd.co.uk at the earliest opportunity, and damages & missing items within 24 hours of delivery, to which our sales office team will respond promptly with next steps. Photographic evidence of damages will be required.
COX™ dispensers have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. COX will repair or replace any product which examination proves to be a manufacture defect, with the exception of COX™ EasiFlow™ and MidiFlow™ dispenser ranges which have a 1-year manufacturing warranty.
Under certain circumstances, returns may be subject to a handling/re-stocking fee which will be determined upon return request.
If a refund is agreed, funds will be returned via the original payment method.
